Where do you ship?

We are currently only shipping within the US.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is an $10 flat fee. For orders over $150, enjoy shipping on us!

How do I know my size?

All of our pieces run true to size but fits vary. Please be sure to read our product descriptions and follow us on IG for fit guides @dailydrills! 

How do I make a change to my order?

Reach out to support@shopdailydrills.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help. However, please kindly note that we cannot guarantee any order adjustments after purchase.

I previously purchased a garment and later ordered an additional piece in the same color, however the colors don't match. Why is this?

Each of our production runs are small batch dye, meaning that the color is subject to slight variance. We have a color standard and try our absolute best to keep the color as consistent as possible, but of course, it's extremely difficult to match perfectly. We'd also like to note that as with most dyed garments, the color's intensity will fade after wear and wash.

When will I receive my order?

As soon as you click “buy” we get to work! Please give us 5-7 business days to ship your order. Of course, in the case of mother nature and national holidays, shipping may be subject to delay.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges or returns at this time. Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any modifications. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

My order says delivered but I can't find it! 

First, we ask that you double check to ensure you used the correct shipping address. If you did, please give your package a day or two to arrive, as often times packages are prematurely marked as delivered. Also be sure to check with any neighbors! If you still don't receive your package, reach out to our customer support team for assistance. While we not liable for lost or stolen packages after they've left our care, we will do our best to help ensure you get your items!
